Partner Manager

Launched in 2018 by Dev Subrata and Andre Elias, Fidel is headquartered in Soho, London, with offices also in Lisbon and New York. We’re backed by investors including Nyca Partners and QED Investors.

In this exciting period of growth, both within the UK and on the international stage, we are now looking for an experienced Partner Manager who wants to be part of this journey.

What You’ll Do...

  • Build and manage Fidel’s relationships with affiliate networks
  • Partner with the Product team to build Fidel’s offers ecosystem
  • Advocate for Fidel’s clients with affiliate networks, including getting offers set up
  • Communicate with merchants on specific offer content, in conjunction with the affiliate
  • Manage Fidel’s affiliate offers and work with the product team to develop features to support scale
  • Develop and refine the business model for the Offers API
  • Work with Fidel’s Customer team to ensure adoption of Offers within our existing customer base

We Want You, If You…

  • Have experience working in the affiliate space, or working with affiliate networks
  • Show strong executive presence - project confidence with all stakeholders, from customers to exec to sales;
  • Exhibit a strong analytical mindset
  • Have experience building strategic partnerships with third parties
  • Show the ability to balance many projects and stakeholders at once - organisation is key
  • Show a scrappiness to push large, complex projects across the line
  • Excel working internally and externally across geographies
